Roberto is a member of the leadership team working in all areas of the mnistry with specific responibility for El Camino.

Larry & Patty (USA and Bolivia)

Both Larry and Patty serve on the leadership team, heading up First Contacts and Patty as an educational psychologist serves all parts of the ministry.

Sandra (Bolivia)

Sandra serves on the leadership team with specific responsibility for El Alfarero but also supports the street team and the El Camino team.

Elio, Érika & their children Gabriel and Alejandra (Bolivia)

Elio and Erika serve as the house parents of the Reintegration Home for the boys who have graduated from high school and moved on from El Camino to further studies.

Álvaro (Bolivia)

Alvaro works full-time in El Camino Restoration Home for boys and is studying psychology to be able to serve the ministry more effectively in the future.

Cleo (Brazil)

Cleo works with our First contact team on the streets and El Toborochi Reception House as well as supporting both of the Restoration Homes, El Camino and El Alfarero.

Micheal & Angela (Canada)

Micheal and Angela joined the staff team in August 2006. Micheal's main focus has been initiating and developing various vocational training projects in El Camino as well as maintenance in the home.

Gualberto & Fausta (Bolivia)

Gualberto and Fausta joined the Operation Restoration staff team in December 2009 and are presently serving in El Camino. They have their own children who have already flown the nest and are now parenting many more.

Elia (Bolivia)

Elia has been our full-time teacher in El Camino since 2004 and continues to work with the boys to give them the best possible academic education for their future.

Suzette (Netherlands)

Suzette joined our team in February 2009 and has been working in all areas of the ministry, on the streets, in the homes and more recently taking on responsibilty for First Contacts and El Toborochi together with Dona.

Matildo (Bolivia)

Matildo has been part of our staff team in El Alfarero since we opened the home in May 2004 and has maintained the home and gardens in excellent order as well as working with the girls.

César, Trudy & their children Daniela & Nathan (Bolivia)

Cesar & Trudy work in El Camino and El Alfarero, as well as First Contacts. Trudy offers her nursing skills to the health care in the homes and on the streets.

Cilvia (Bolivia)

Cilvia joined the staff team at El Alfarero in 2009 and is now an integral part of the full-time staff in the home. She works in all areas of the home encouraging the girls as they grow and mature.

Silenny (Bolivia)

Silenny has been working with us as our social worker for all areas of the ministry. As a Pastor's wife and a mother of three children she offers much more than her profession to the service of the ministry.

Yngry (Bolivia)

Yngry joined us earlier this year and is serving the whole ministry in the area of administration and book keeping. She has been a great addition to the team. (Photo taken on one of our rare winter days!!)

Ruth (Bolivia)

Ruth joined us in May this year and is serving the homes with her profession as a psychologist. She is also responsible for reporting to our local social services on the development of each of the children in our care.

Yovana (Bolivia)

Yovana has also joined us recently and is serving in El Alfarero specifically in the area of art. She is also developing a close bond with the girls and helping them develop in their social skills and Christian character.

Dona (Bolivia)

Dona has been a part time volunteer for several years. She recently finished her YWAM Discipleship Traning School and has joined our staff full time at present serving in all areas, but with a special responsibility for First Contacts and El Toborochi together with Suzette.

Roger & Isha (U.K.)

Roger and Isha arrived in Santa Cruz in January 1990 and founded the ministry of Operation Restoration in 1991. They currently serve as members of the leadership team and their primary role is recruiting and supporting staff and volunteers as well as awareness raising!
