Roberto is a member of the leadership team working in all areas of the mnistry with specific responibility for El Camino.

Yovana (Bolivia)

Yovana serves as the Coordinator of El Alfarero, Restoration Home for girls. In the home she has specific responsibility for the area of education in coordination with the local schools

Álvaro (Bolivia)

Alvaro works full-time in El Camino Restoration Home for boys and is studying psychology to be able to serve the ministry more effectively in the future.

Érika (Bolivia)

Erika serves as one of our administrators for Operation Restoration. She helps out in all areas and has specific responsibility for assisting our foreign staff and volunteers with their visa processes in immigration.

Fausta (Bolivia)

Fausta joined the Operation Restoration staff team in December 2009 and is presently serving in El Camino. She has her own children who have already flown the nest and is now parenting many more.

Suzette (Netherlands)

Suzette joined our team in February 2009 and has been working in all areas of the ministry, on the streets, in the homes and more recently taking on responsibilty for the health needs of the boys in El Camino and being a firm member of the staff team there.

Dona (Bolivia)

Dona is serving as the Coordinator for First Contacts, which includes responibility for our street work, the Mobile Medical Unit and El Toborochi, Reception House.

Maritza (Bolivia)

Maritza joined the staff team at El Alfarero part-time to begin with but is now an integral part of the full-time staff in the home. She works in all areas of the home and has a wonderful mother's heart for the girls.

Cilvia (Bolivia)

Cilvia joined the staff team at El Alfarero in 2009 and is now an integral part of the full-time staff in the home. She works in all areas of the home encouraging the girls as they grow and mature.

Silenny (Bolivia)

Silenny has been working with us as our social worker for all areas of the ministry. As a Pastor's wife and a mother of three children she offers much more than her profession to the service of the ministry.

Yngry (Bolivia)

Yngry is serving as the Coordinator of Administration for Operation Restoration and keeps the whole ministry functioning and supplied with all their needs. (Photo taken on one of our rare winter days!!)

Ruth (Bolivia)

Ruth is serving the homes with her profession as a psychologist. She is also responsible for reporting to our local social services on the development of each of the children in our care.

Louise (U.K.)

Louise joined our full-time staff team in February 2012. She is responsible for the spiritual life in El Alfarero and is a integral part of the staff team there, as well as supporting the First Contact work.

Roger & Isha (U.K.)

Roger and Isha arrived in Santa Cruz in January 1990 and founded the ministry of Operation Restoration in 1991. They currently serve as members of the leadership team and their primary role is recruiting and supporting staff and volunteers as well as awareness raising!
